Kazi Ahmed Sabihuzzaman

Kazi Ahmed Sabihuzzaman has been a Nominee Director of Sun Life Insurance Company Ltd. since November 2023 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary at Green Delta Capital Limited, a leading investment bank in Bangladesh. Starting his career as Manager of Financial Reporting and Tax in the Capital Market division, he has over 15 years of experience in financial management, corporate finance, treasury operations, and capital markets.

Mr. Zaman specializes in profit and loss management, budgeting, compliance, process optimization, and team development. He also contributes to licensing, regulatory affairs, capital market events, and human capital development. With expertise in equity origination, IPOs, and advisory services, he has held leadership roles across merchant banking sectors for more than eight years.

He holds a CA (Knowledge Level) certification from ICAB and a first-class Master’s degree in Accounting.
